New Series: A Week of Wellness



One of my new year resolutions this year is to be more selfish (to read more in depth about my resolutions, click here!). To me, this means focusing on myself first and foremost and improving my overall wellness. I don't have any concrete ways to do that, so I decided to document it all in a little youtube series! 


A Week of Wellness is going to consist of a video uploaded every other week. In the video, you'll have 7 days worth of footage of me trying to implement something new into my everyday life. This could be anything that deals with the three aspects of wellness: spiritual health, mental health, or physical health. For example, one video might be a week of oil pulling or veganism or getting more sleep. 

This series is still a work in progress and I think that the vision will become a little clearer once I start filming! Let me know in the comments if you have any wellness trends or practices that you would like to see me try!
