How To Start Daily Journaling

I've been journaling regularly for the past nine months. I've made a really good habit of taking time to write every single day, and I wanted to share some of my tips and tricks with you. Journaling is so beneficial and you should definitely give it a chance if you're curious! My method takes less than ten minutes every day, and is the easiest thing in the world to do!

Everyday I take some time to write three quick bullet points. These can either be things that I'm grateful for, things that I did, or just general statements about how I feel that day. Really, it can be anything! Most days this takes around five minutes to do and is super quick. Other days, I want to write more. Either as a reflection on life, goal setting, or I want to write a longer paragraph about an event that occurred. It's great when I write longer statements, but I never pressure myself into feeling like I need to write a lot. That's when I get overwhelmed and stop writing regularly.
