My Week on Instagram #36

Hi guys!
I've been a bit MIA here for the past couple weeks, but I've been swamped with school and work, so I haven't had time to write. But today I have another MWOI post! I haven't posted on instagram a ton lately, but I have two pictures to share with you!

This picture was from a couple of weeks ago! It was taken right before a fancy dinner that I had with my family, so I was more dressed up than I usually am. I made this picture black and white so that it would look nicer with my feed, but also because the colors weren't as sharp as I would've liked it to be because of the whole lighting situation.

Pressed Juicery opened super conveniently to me, so I got a freeze! I got the greens one this time with raspberries, blueberries, and shredded coconut. It was amazing! I had gotten the chocolate one before, and I have to say that I like the greens one a lot better!

I hope that this post was interesting, and let me know in the comments what types of blog posts and videos you'd like to see! This week is going to be pretty busy, but school ends this week so I'll have lots of time to focus on this after that! Lastly, my instagram is @miss_sienna if you'd like to see more!

School Supplies Wishlist

Hi guys!
It's back to school season, so I thought that I would make a little widget full of stationary items perfect for the new school year! I have a school haul going up on my youtube channel (click here) tomorrow, so you'll see some overlap between this wishlist and the things that I actually bought! This widget is shopable, so click on an image to purchase!

There are some necessities on this list, like notebooks and pens. I really like cute notebooks, but I usually end up using a composition book for most of my classes. I also included a laptop case and a backpack. Now that I'm in college, I usually leave my laptop at home and just use my ipad at school, but if you're going to bring your laptop back and forth, a nice case is a good idea. There's also some planning things like the planner and calendar. I am a huge planner lover and I know that some schools (at least my high school) used to give out school planners, but I prefer to buy my own because I like mine to be a certain size/layout.

Let me know what you think of these things, and if there's anything you would add/omit from your school supplies wishlist! Don't forget to follow this blog on bloglovin by clicking the widget at the bottom of this post!

Three Tips For Buying Things as a Minimalist

Buying things and minimalism seem like very opposite things. Besides the necessities like food, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper, it seems a little pretentious to call yourself a minimalist and then go shopping. Minimalism isn't just a label, it's a lifestyle (and I don't mean that ironically). Before you go shopping as a minimalist, consider these things...

How to Have the Best Summer Ever!

Each summer comes with a set of expectations. Maybe it's "I'll go to the beach weekly" or "I'll have plans every single day." Either way, we rarely live up to these expectations that we set for ourselves. That's all going to change this year! I'm slightly over the halfway point in my summer break and I am ready to make some changes so I can have the best summer ever. Here are my ways to make that happen.

Skincare Routine

Hi guys!
Lately my skin has felt and looked the best it has in a while. My skincare routine is really simple, but I've achieved great results with it! I can do a whole video on it if needed, but here are the five products that I use!

Apricot Scrub
I swear by this scrub! I know that a lot of people with really sensitive skin dislike this, but I use it gently once a week or so and it works out well.
Cucumber Gel Mask
This mask was given to me as a sample from Sephora, but it is really nice. I leave it on for a while and then remove it with a washcloth once or twice a week. I'm really not picky with masks at all, but I either go for a clay mask or something gel based like this.
Moisturizer
I have acne prone skin, so I only moisturize at night. This one (actually, the version of this without spf) is my go-to.
Face Wash
I only use face wash at night, but I double cleanse. I wash once with just the cleanser to remove my makeup, and then I go over my face again with my foreo.
Foreo Mini
This is a better version of the clarasonic because it is so much more sanitary! These little nubs help clear your pores and work the cleanser deeper. There are other versions of the foreo, but I use the mini and it's great.

I hope you liked this post! Let me know in the comments what skin products you swear by.
