Let's Talk About the Freshman 15

Hi guys!
One of the biggest misconceptions about being a freshman in college is the dreaded freshman 15. Today I'm sharing some of my tips and tricks on how to stay healthy in college and avoid gaining weight. With that said, I don't think there's anything wrong with gaining weight as long as you're happy and feel confident in yourself. So let's get in to the good stuff!

One of the comments that I got on this video said something like "I love food too much!" so I thought that I should take a quick second to address that. I'm not saying to calorie restrict or to restrict what you're eating because I don't think that's healthy and I will never give out that type of dangerous advice. What I am saying is to eat everything in moderation and to eat as much whole foods as you'd like because that's what will keep you healthy and satiated.
