My Stretching Routine #StylishSummer

Hi guys!
I hope that you saw you're fitness video of the week on Wednesday! I'm so sorry that it didn't go up on Monday, but I had a whole bunch of finals and didn't get a chance until yesterday. Anyways, here's my stretching routine!

I want you guys to do this routine at least three times a week, holding each pose for 30 seconds! If you're not super flexible yet, no worries! You'll get there in time!
