V-Up Variations! #StylishSummer

Hi guys!
It's week three of the Stylish Summer Challenge, so instead of one exercise, I'm giving you three variations! Also, we're focusing on ABS this week and you'll definitely feel the burn!

I want you guys to do this exercise at least three times this week! 
Variation 1: 3 Sets of 10 Reps (or 3 sets of 15 reps if you're feelin it!)
Variation 2: 3 Sets of 10 Reps
Variation 3: 3 Sets of 8 Reps (or more reps if you're a BAD ASS!)
