Ab Bustin Plank Routine! #StylishSummer

Hi guys!
We're halfway through the Stylish Summer Challenge, and if you haven't seen your Week 4 Schedule yet, click here! For your exercise video this week, I did a mini ab routine that will BURN! 

The Routine:
Front Plank 
Side Plank
Front Plank
Other Side Plank
Front Plank
Back Plank

Take a break, then repeat it 2 more times!

I personally like to hold each plank for around 30 seconds, but work with what you're comfortable with! In the video, I did it for 10 seconds!
