Star Jumps!

Hey guys!
It's the first day of the #StylishSummer challenge, and since it's a monday, you're getting the first Workout Move of the Week! This one is awesome because it's part cardio, and part strengthening! It's especially great for your feet and ankles and is something that I used to use a lot when I was tumbling and cheerleading. 




Some things to remember:
  • Push yourself, but don't go overboard because after you reach your threshold, you're going be more prone to injury (start with 3 sets of 5 jumps on each side and work up)
  • Go barefoot or wear really lightweight shoes because you need foot mobility for this!
  • Try to do these 5 days out of the week for best results!
