10 Things I'm Thankful for this Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving!
I really wanted to film a thanksgiving vlog today, but it's around 4 in the afternoon right now and it's just a tad bit late to start... But really, this morning was a ton of craziness and it would have been nuts trying to run around with my camera! So this will be my little thanksgiving post on the 10 things I'm thankful for this year...

1) Family
Family is everything to me and I'm so grateful for the family that I've been given. You all have probably seen my sister in a few of my videos (check out our sister tag here) and she's the cutest little thing in the world. I am especially thankful for my parents this year because they've been super supportive both financially and emotionally through my college application process and that's been awesome.

2) Real-Life Friends
My friends are literally the coolest people in the world and now that we're all seniors in high school everything's been super stressful and it's been amazing to have people going through the same things as me. We also have matching sunglasses, so that's pretty dang cool too :P

3) Online Friends
I have met some of the coolest people in the world through blogging and youtubing and that's pretty amazing! There are literally so many, but a few of them include Julie from The Salt Life Wife, Cali from Cali Jae, Hope from Beauty and Bliss 67, and Natalie from Yours Truly NY

4) My Health
I feel like most of you have heard that I had surgery over the summer, and while it was intense and probably the worse experience of my life, there is so much to be thankful for at the same time. This time last year, I was experiencing a ridiculous amount of discomfort and a bunch of shoulder dislocations and it's amazing not to have to go through that again.

5) Finding Something I'm Truly Passionate About
I was cheerleading for a while before I had my surgery, and although it was a ton of fun and I don't regret doing it at all, it wasn't something that I was truly passionate about. Now that I can't cheerlead anymore, I've been forced to evaluate myself and figure out what I want to spend my time doing, and blogging and youtubing has just been incredible for me.

6) Having My Blog and Channel Grow
I've reached a lot of milestones so far with my channel this past year, and it's been fantastic seeing the numbers grow and talking with a whole bunch of you! I know that lots of people have a passion, but nothing ever comes from it, and I love how I feel like I can make an impact on the world and all of you. Also, if you aren't already following me, you can follow my blog here, and subscribe to my youtube here!

7) Good Food
I'm a huge foodie and thanksgiving is seriously one of my favorite days just because of the food. I've especially loved eating lots of smoothies and acai bowls as well as cinnamon rolls and steak!

8) Finding Some Sense of Independence
I got a job around 2 months ago, and I've been feeling a lot more independent. Granted, I still don't have my drivers license, but I am starting to be more self reliant and I feel like I'm actually growing up and taking responsibility for myself. It's been really cool, especially because a lot of my classmates and friends are still so dependent on their parents for spending money and things like that.

9) Really Cool Art
I've developed a really deep appreciation for art this past year, especially after joining tumblr (you can follow me by clicking here) and ello (click here) and I've loved seeing the passion and love that other people put into their work!

10) Life
There are so many things that we take for granted, but the one that we take for granted the most, is the most important thing in the world: the gift of life. People die everyday, and I'm so thankful to be able to live, love, laugh, and learn, every single day.

So all of these pictures are actually from my instagram page, which you can follow (@miss_sienna) if you'd like! I hope that you all had an amazing thanksgiving, and let me know what you're thankful for in the comments!
