Another Valentine's Day makeup

Hi!
So it's time for another valentine's day makeup tutorial. For a more neutral makeup look you can find it here. This is going to be a more dramatic makeup tutorial that is perfect for a dinner with your sweetie.
So I would start with your foundation routine. I didn't wear any foundation today, but if you would like to I would do your whole foundation/concealer/powder before starting with the rest of the makeup.
Eyes:
For eyes I put NYX eye pencil in milk all over the lid to act as a base. I used colors from the snowkissed cashmere palette for my eye look today. For a review of this palette click here. I put blitzen all over the inner half of my lid. I then mixed nutmeg and ember and put that on the outer half of my eye. I used my body shop eyeshadow brush to do this, but any flat shader brush will do. I used a fluffy blending brush (I used the one from the palette) and ember to blend out the crease and outer corner. I used lace as a brow bone highlight. I used espresso and mac 266 brush to fill in my eyebrows and I used the same 266 brush and mac blacktrack fluid line on my upper lashline. I did a small, thin, line on my lashline, but if you wanted to make this eye look more dramatic, you could do a thicker line and wing it out. I used Model Co mascara on my lashes, but if you really wanted to play up the lashes you could do some falsies.
For the rest of my face I used the body shop bronzer to contour a little bit and I used satin sparks from the snowkissed cashmere palette as a highlighter. I skipped on blush today, but if you wanted to wear one I would suggest going with a neutral toned one. Maybe a bronzy toned one, but definitely not berry or deep because that would make you look unbalanced and distract from your dramatic eyes and lips.
For the lips I have 2 options for you. If you wanted to go with a more flirty look I would use Covergirl lipstick in Fabulous Fushia. For a review of that lipstick click here. Over the top of that lipstick I would put jordana lipgloss in juicy berry because it has pretty glitter in it. For a review of that gloss click here
For a sexier look I would do a red lip. I would use l'oreal lipstick in red because it is the perfect bright red color. For a review of the lipstick click here. I know there are people including me that love dark red lips, but I think a bright red is better because it looks more fun rather than serious or whatevers.
